SCP Life Coaching is a method of helping shape lives through comprehensive and personalized coaching and planning sessions, conversations, and on-going support. The approach is built on a relationship with a highly skilled Certified SCP Life Coach Practitioner.
SCP Life Coaching and Planning is for those who want to create different results in some aspect or aspects of life. Many coaching practices include setting goals, creating action plans, evaluating progress, and realigning with goals to achieve particular outcomes. SCP Coaching and Planning goes beyond most coaching methods. We recognize that change does not just happen and that for most people, motivation alone does not alter negative patterns. Some people find themselves experiencing problems and destructive habits in thought and action for years. SCP Life Coaching and Planning brings compassionate awareness to patterns as or before they occur. Our process breaks down cycles of recreation, removing hidden internal obstacles and providing on-going support to create new life patterns and experiences. We bring consciousness to the lives of our participants. We assist in peoples' journeys back to their authentic and truest selves, living to their full potential and experiencing life intentionally and on-purpose. Our method works!
SCP Life Coaching is backed by a team of professionals who specialize in physical, mental, financial, and spiritual well-being. Life Coaching and Planning practitioners must possess exceptional coaching skills, be fully certified as Coach Practitioners, draw on the experience and knowledge of team specialists, and provide referrals as needed.
SCP Teen Life Coaching
We specialize in working with teens & their families. SCP Teen Life Coaching may include work in the following areas: Preparing for life beyond high school, taking personal and family responsibility, budgeting and finance, life skills, school & work, relationships, conflict resolution, cycles of recreation, removing mental barriers to allow for higher potential.

Family Meeting Modeling & Coaching |
A family process which allows for open communication, appreciation of participants, a working-through of family concerns, a time to celebrate accomplishments, trust building, and asking for help. Benefits: Less time on discipline, improved communication, shared responsibility, too much more to list. *Family session(s) in family home. |

Family Coaching |
A family is guided through a process to create a common family goal (i.e. system of responsibilities, other), an action plan for reaching desired outcome, and a system to stay on track. *Family session(s) in family home. |

Parent Coaching |
We offer parent support, guidance, and a solution-focused coach to process through and refine personal parenting strategies. *Individual or couple 1st session may be in-person. Otherwise may be phone, email. |

Family Climate Assessments |
Would you like to know what is making your family “tick” or “not tick?” An SCP Family Climate Assessment is a process through which family information is gathered and then shared back with the family. Assessments include family system celebrations and recommendations for improving family life. To gather information, an SCP coach facilitates a parent meeting, a family meeting, and has conversations individually with each family member. Families receive a written assessment, and/or a follow up session to share findings. *Note: All conversations are held in strictest of confidentiality unless participant speaks of hurting self or others. Information in final report focuses on “family climate” and suggestions for improvement, not specifics of interviews unless specified consent. SCP Coach intent is to help each family member live more fully within the context of family system. |

Presentations to parent groups on cooperative parenting strategies. *Community and in-home parent presentations. |
